Flyers bleeping mad after late goal waved off in Devils’ 2-1 win

The post-game talk from Devils players focused winning a close game in a tough building against a division rival, earning two more points for their playoff chase.

Down the hallway in the home dressing room, there was nothing but anger, so much that Flyers right wing Jakub Voracek dropped an F-bomb while venting in front of cameras and reporters.

The Flyers say they were robbed of a tying goal in the final moments of this big 2-1 Devils at Wells Fargo Center.

“The playoffs are on the line and you make a call like that?” Voracek said. “It’s [bleeping] incredible. Sorry for the language, but it’s a joke!”

What everyone agrees on is that Flyers left wing Scott Hartnell’s shot from the crease was stopped by Devils goalie Martin Brodeur and then squirted into the net with 40.1 seconds to go in the third period.
